Warmth of the Light is a community dedicated to fostering kindness, understanding, and mutual respect. Behavior that violates these principles will not be tolerated.

 

3. Membership and Access Membership grants you access to certain content, features, and the members' area of Warmth of the Light. Warmth of the Light reserves the right to cancel memberships and revoke access to the members' area at any time for individuals who do not comply with these Terms of Service.

 

4. Subscription and Payment All subscriptions are non-refundable. Your account will remain active through the current billing cycle upon cancellation and will be terminated at the end of that cycle to prevent further charges. Payment information is securely processed by Wix Payments or other third-party payment providers (Apple and Google). Warmth of the Light does not store payment details.

 

5. Content and Intellectual Property All content provided by Warmth of the Light, including but not limited to video sermons, blog posts, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Warmth of the Light and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission. Members may not upload or share content that violates copyrights or is offensive, illegal, or harmful.

 

6. Disclaimer of Warranties Warmth of the Light provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or the applicability of its content.

 

7. Termination of Service Warmth of the Light reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services, membership area, or account for any individual who: Violates these Terms of Service. Engages in bullying, intimidation, harassment, or inappropriate behavior. Misuses the platform or its features.
